The European-Ukrainian Hub invites Ukrainians in Denmark to a practical workshop for aspiring and active entrepreneurs.  This workshop is part of a 3-workshop series on business communication for aspiring and active entrepreneurs in Denmark.

Date: 23 September 2026

Time: 17:30-20:00

Format: Online Live Interactive Workshop & Group Work

Language: English

Technical requirements for participants: This is an interactive workshop, not a lecture. Participants are expected to actively take part in live exercises, group work, and discussion throughout the session. Please join from a laptop or computer rather than a smartphone, and make sure you have a working camera and microphone, a stable internet connection, and a quiet space where you can participate without interruptions.

 Many business presentations start with useful information but still fail to create impact. The speaker may know the product, the market, and the numbers — but the presentation lacks structure, the message gets diluted, and the audience is left unsure what matters most. For entrepreneurs, this can mean missed opportunities with clients, investors, partners, or decision-makers. This workshop is designed to help participants build business presentations that are structured with purpose and lead clearly to the result they want.

 The session is based on a practical principle: strong business pitches and presentations are built backwards. Instead of starting with slide one, participants will learn how to begin with the outcome they want — what the audience should understand, remember, trust, or do at the end — and then build the presentation around that goal. This approach helps entrepreneurs create more focused pitch decks, stronger client presentations, and more persuasive business talks.

 This workshop is especially valuable for entrepreneurs who need to present the same business in different situations: a short networking introduction, a sales pitch, an investor meeting, a public event, or a workshop. Participants will learn how to structure their message so it stays clear, strategic, and adaptable — even when the time, audience, or context changes.

What you will learn:

  • Why many business presentations lose impact when the outcome is unclear;
  • How to define the result you want before building your talk;
  • How to create a strong ending that supports a business goal or call to action;
  • How to structure ideas so the audience follows your logic step by step;
  • How to adapt one business message for different speaking formats and time limits;
  • How to use slides to support your pitch instead of carrying it for you.

This workshop is relevant for:

  • Aspiring entrepreneurs preparing to present a business idea;
  • Startup founders building investor or partnership pitches;
  • SME business owners presenting services, products, or growth plans;
  • Anyone who wants to make their business communication more structured and effective.
