Price

To participate your company must be eligible to receive de-minimis subsidies based on the rules and regulations from the Trade Council.

19.000 DKK for up to 2 participants per organisation (1 exhibitor pass is included, extra is 3000 NOK) - Please note, this is dependent on subsidiary granted by the Trade Council. 

All prices are excl. VAT, accommodation, flights, printing of your graphics and transportation of own goods.

Exhibition stand at Forsvarskonferansen 

Each participating company will be able to exhibit at the conference and use the stand as a base for visibility, meetings and networking.

Compass Fairs has created an offer for exhibitors at the Danish Pavilion. You can choose between: 

• A turnkey booth including furniture, design etc.
• White booth solely with furniture leaving you room to decorate with your roll up/light wall.

Market introduction from the Danish Embassy 

To help companies understand the Norwegian defence and security landscape, the delegation will include a market briefing from the Danish Embassy.

Curated company and visits

In addition to the exhibition, the delegation will include selected visits to relevant Norwegian companies. The companies are not yet confirmed. We aim at two visits. 

These visits will be planned based on the participating companies’ profiles and interests, creating a stronger link between the exhibition presence and concrete market opportunities.
