Part 1: Risk analysis – get the full overview
In the first part, you map out the threats that may affect your company and identify the critical functions essential for operations. You rate each risk based on likelihood and impact, giving you a complete overview in a risk matrix. The result is a clear prioritisation of your risks, which can be downloaded and used directly in management and decision-making.
Part 2: Preparedness plan – from risk to action
In the second part, the three most critical risks are turned into a concrete preparedness plan. Here, you define how to prevent and handle incidents, decide who is part of the crisis management team, how communication should happen, and when to activate your preparedness plan. When finished, you can download everything as one complete plan, ready for use, follow-up, and dialogue.
