The European-Ukrainian Hub invites Ukrainians in Denmark to a practical workshop for aspiring and active entrepreneurs. This workshop is part of a 3-workshop series on business communication for aspiring and active entrepreneurs in Denmark.
Date: 30 September 2026
Time: 17:30-20:00
Format: Online Live Interactive Workshop & Group Work
Language: English
Technical requirements for participants: This is an interactive workshop, not a lecture. Participants are expected to actively take part in live exercises, group work, and discussion throughout the session. Please join from a laptop or computer rather than a smartphone, and make sure you have a working camera and microphone, a stable internet connection, and a quiet space where you can participate without interruptions.
Many entrepreneurs prepare carefully for an important pitch, meeting, or presentation — but still struggle when it is time to deliver. They rely too heavily on memorised wording, lose confidence when something unexpected happens, or sound less natural than they want to. In business settings, this can weaken trust and reduce the impact of an otherwise strong idea. This workshop helps participants speak about their business with more confidence, flexibility, and control — without depending on a script.
In this session, participants will work on delivery as a practical business skill. The focus is not on sounding polished in an artificial way, but on learning how to communicate clearly, stay flexible, and remain persuasive when speaking to clients, investors, partners, or audiences. Participants will explore how to replace vague or overloaded wording with sharper business language, how to prepare without memorising every sentence, and how to stay composed when nerves appear.
This is a hands-on workshop for entrepreneurs who want to sound more natural and credible when presenting their business. It helps participants move from dependence on exact wording to genuine control of structure, message, and delivery — so that they can present themselves and their business more effectively in real business situations.
What you will learn:
- Why memorising a script often makes business delivery less natural
- How to speak more confidently without relying on exact wording
- How to make your business language clearer, sharper, and easier to follow
- How to stay flexible when questions, interruptions, or pressure appear
- How to use structure to improve delivery in pitches and presentations
- How to turn nervous energy into focus, presence, and credibility
This workshop is relevant for:
- Aspiring entrepreneurs preparing to speak about a business idea;
- Startup founders pitching to investors, clients, or partners;
- SME business owners presenting their offer more confidently;
- Anyone who wants to sound more natural, credible, and persuasive in business presentations.
